Chris
Chris is 35 and is a Computer Network Specialist. He is a Technical Writer as well as writes for a computer magazine and works for the company, “Innovatia”. I can’t really go into too much detail about his job because I don’t actually know what he writes about. Important stuff, though, I’m sure of it!! |

Chris has been involved in music for many years and is lead singer of the Christian Rock Band ~ Ninth Hour. They have taken a bit of a break but still get together from time to time to do concerts and worship.
Other than that, Chris likes to relax in hot tubs. That pretty much sums up Chris! Did I mention he really is a very wonderful guy and a terrific father!

Tammy
I am 33 years old (well…25 and holding strong!) and work as a Substitute Teacher and Educational Assistant. On the days I’m not teaching, I hang out with Alyssa. We have a great time while the boys are at school. We spend our days visiting friends, going shopping and doing PILES of laundry.

Chris and I are also foster parents - we’ve had many wonderful, challenging children in our home and we’re waiting to see who our next child will be!

Caleb
Caleb is 9 years old and in grade 5. He is in the French Immersion program and is doing great! It’s getting embarrassing for me to help him with his homework because he keeps correcting my “accent”. Luckily I found a great translation website so I can translate his homework instructions before homework time so it looks like I know what I’m talking about! (Shh..our secret!)

Caleb is playing flag football this year and may try gymnastics. He is also hoping to take guitar lessons from his uncle Dean. Chris is fixing up the old guitar and getting it ready for him. Caleb loves to relax at home, have friends over, play gamecube, watch movies and wrestle with his brother, Dylan. His favorite thing to do is go to the Dollar store! |

Dylan
Dylan is 8 years old and in grade 3. He is also in the French Immersion program and doing well. Dylan definitely likes to learn new things and is a very curious learner. He enjoys coming home and speaking French whereas we have to beg Caleb to say something in French! I know it’s only a matter of time before those two start talking in French to each other to keep us out of the loop!

Dylan is playing hockey again this year and is enjoying it tremendously! He is on the same team as his cousin, Michael so that adds to the fun.
Dylan loves to go to play at his friends’ houses, play road hockey, argue with his sister, Alyssa and buy things with his allowance! |

Alyssa
Alyssa is 3 years old and believes she is Queen of the Universe. Her brother, Dylan, quickly lets her know that’s not true! She is a busy girl, talking all the time and bossing everyone around (in a nice way, of course!) |

She loves to play with her cousin, Lauren, watch Dora, act silly with her brothers, sing “Muffin Man” and go to Sunday School (finally – it only took 18 months!) |
